Prior to founding Enviso, Ashley prepared discipline specific environmental management plans for the surfing facility located at Sydney Olympic Park NSW.

Prior to founding Enviso, Ashley assisted the original developer with soil remediation and groundwater dewatering requirements in accordance with the SSD approval.

Enviso provided a Certified Environmental Practitioner Site Contamination Specialist Review of a Long Term Environmental Management Plan. The review informed compliance with an ongoing maintenance order and provided the client with practical advice to effectively manage contamination and ensure the industrial facility remained fit for occupation.

Enviso recently completed an Environmental Due Diligence Assessment for a childcare development site in the Central Coast.

The EDD Assessment identified potential environmental risks for the purchaser and set out the next steps for the development application phase of the project.

Enviso prepared a Preliminary Site Investigation for an industrial subdivision in Victoria. The PSI informed compliance with the conditions of the Planning Permit. The site history was thoroughly researched, which determined what degree of investigation was needed prior to commencement of bulk earthworks.
